In my Chinese edition copy，The quest reward of Act II Quest"Arise my friend"is wrote as"If heroes win，get the relic；if overlord win，get 1 more XP."Is that right？Not some translation mistakes？

As long as you also have the next paragraph about getting 3 corrupt citizen cards that had been returned to the box, yes, that's correct.
