timing of execute maneuver

By LegionThree, in X-Wing

Hey guys, just want to make sure I'm reading this the same way everyone else is.

Unkar crew - after executing a maneuver tart causes you to overlap an enemy ship, you may suffer 1 damage to preform 1 free action.

Does this happen before or after check pilot stress step inside maneuvering?

Happens as soon as you overlap, before the check pilot stress. And as a free action you could PTL off of it as well as other such craziness.

Ok, that's what I was thinkingsince the trigger is the overlap.

It's "after executing a maneuver", so it would occur after the check pilot stress step (which is part of executing a maneuver).

GrimmyV is wrong, kraedin is right. "Check Pilot Stress" is a sub-step of "Execute a Maneuver". Things that trigger "after you execute a maneuver" happen after all the sub-steps of the maneuver are done. The only special exception is when using Pattern Analyzer.

Oh well I tried. I missed the 'after' part.
