Possibly? As a general rule of thumb, they don't publish items having the same name as other items (so, they won't produce an expansion with the same name of a previously released expansion, they won't produce a game with a title already matching another game's title), so, I imagine it's the same game with just different graphics. It's kinda odd that marketing said "announcing a game of" instead of "announcing the revised edition / rebooted version / modified something" tho
