Quick 'Cracken' clarification...

By HoundsTooth, in Star Wars: Armada Rules Questions

Played a game last night and this came up for the first time - I was using General Cracken as my admiral and my opponent pulled a 'Disengaged Fire Control' crit on one of his ships. The card reads "When declaring the target of an attack, you cannot choose a target against whom the attack would be obstructed." Cracken's card states that if you're going speed three or above attacks are treated as being obstructed. We were both happy to play it as the ship could no longer attack as all my ships were speed three or four, but it had a major impact on the result of the game. I just wanted to check we played it correctly as I couldn't find a mention of either the crit or Crackens ability in the FAQ. Cheers guys! ;) :D

You did it right.

Cracken LOVES that crit :D

Cheers Green Knight! Was just worried because it seemed to be too good to be true. My one health Corvette that was double arced by my opponents Pelta is also relieved! :D

He should have brought Jaina's Light instead. Cracken hates that title :D
