Agreed. Not like there's a shortage of scenes from the movie of Rey in the Falcon's cockpit... what a weird choice.
They certainly did a good job at catching her expression. She really looks like she just hiked up a crapload of stairs in that picture.

Uncut cards ... is an odd choice for a top 4 prize. Is this something people are excited about? Seems like a "crap we don't have a prize for top 4! what do we have lying around?" sort of thing. The movement templates are very nice though.

Pretty sure they did those last fall too and everyone was like... Ok.

Alt-art is not "Hobgoblin Hera" bad, but I'm not impressed. The mat is the goofy perspective of Hoth. The rest is ok.
I don't mind Rey and the mat is nice.
Tokens aren't my style (not a fan of gold) but the card sheet is meh IMO.
But let's be honest most of us won't have to worry about the top 4 prize.

Not a fan of the wrong perspective on mats. That card art is meh, and handing out an uncut sheet of it is terribad. Four of each die seems better than the past, and unique target locks are great. But they turned the medals we all loved (more than the coins ("we" isn't all inclusive)) into a necklace. <suddenly thinks I'd totally wear my ship's shields around my neck like Michael Phelps>
Still, would love to be able to afford to attend. Maybe some year... and hopefully that year will have better prizes :D.

It has "X-wing world champion" printed on the top left but the art is the same yeah.

I love that the negativity that permeates these boards nowadays had even found it's way into complaining about the prizes now. There are several promos here that don't do much for me, yet I don't feel the need to piss and moan about them either. After all it could be worse.....it could just be a handshake to congratulate the world champ and explain that this year there wouldn't be any prizes to resale on eBay.

I thought everything was cool except the Face they chose for Rey. I would personally prefer her in or near the falcon or just another shot of the falcon. But if you must include a picture of her then pick a nice one with her holding a lightsaber and not looking so confused lol

Aside from the little "xwing world champion" on it, pretty much. Unless they are using that as a diversion to hide the real mat print...
I also thought the uncut sheet was a super odd prize. Not sure why anyone would really want that...

If it wasn't so photoshoped but an nice piece of art work, then it would work as an interesting poster. A large format card would have been even cooler, not that you want to enlarge that image any bigger than it already is.
