Dunwich Leacy and general questions

By Veve7, in Arkham Horror: The Card Game

1.If a enemy moves because of hunter it engages and attacks in the same round as moving?

2.I may chose the order in which the hunter enemies move or it is simultanesly?

3.When happens ,,At the begining of the enemies phase discard each criminal at the same location as an abomination enemy? Before the hunters move, right?

1. Correct.

2. Not 100% sure, but if the order matters I believe you choose. I can't find anything that dictates an order.

3. Step 3.1 is "Enemy phase begins", and 3.2 is "Hunter enemies move". So yes.

The timing chart on Page 23 of the Rules Reference has the timing definitions that cover this.

How can I ask the designers?

The Customer Service link on the bottom of the page will let you submit a rules question.

I'm not sure why you think you need to though? The timing chart makes the answers here pretty clear. What are you still unsure of?

I got an oficial answer:

Greetings!

1.If a enemy moves because of hunter it engages and attacks in the same round as moving?
Correct. If you look at the rules for the Enemy Phase on page 25 of the Rules Reference (or the matching diagram on page 23), you’ll see that step 3.2 is "Hunter enemies move,” and step 3.3 is “Resolve engaged enemy attacks.” So any enemies that move (and engage you) as a result of step 3.2 will attack during step 3.3.
2.I may chose the order in which the hunter enemies move or it is simultaneously?
It is considered simultaneous, but if there are any reactions or forced abilities that would trigger based on enemies moving, the lead investigator may decide the order in which those abilities occur.
3.When happens ,,At the begining of the enemies phase discard each criminal at the same location as an abomination enemy? Before the hunters move, right?
Yes, this would happen at the very beginning of the enemy phase, before hunter enemies move. (If you look at page 23/25 of the RR, this would occur during step 3.1.)

Buhallin has it right, but if you are in doubt, here are the references that back him up.

Its pretty clear in the RR. See page 22.

3.1 Enemy Phase Begins (this would be were the "at the beginning of the enemies phase" stuff goes off)

3.2 Hunter Enemies Move

3.3 Next investigators resolve enemy attacks.

3.4 Enemy Phase Ends

As far as simultaneous, see RR page 17, Priority of Simultaneous Resolution:

If two or more forced abilities (including delayed effects) would resolve at the same time, the lead investigator determines the order in which the abilities resolve.

If two or more constant abilities and/or lasting effects cannot be applied simultaneously, the lead investigator determines the order in which they are applied.
