Another fighter I like are the ones from the Enders Game movie. The thrust vectoring side engines made them seem more believable. Granted, we don't see much of them.

A TV show that actually deals with real-physics space combat semi-properly is SO refreshing.

And for the exact opposite view, the ones from Battlefleet Gothic. Ramming giant weaponised eagle-cathedrals with giant weaponised meteors. Yeah.
