(2) Esege's allies can't spend Focus tokens defensively
(3) In that Epic Game pic, the Rebel's CR90 and GR75 are about one round away from inevitably crushing about 75% of the Rebel's fighters

I won't say anything about what the Imperial article is about! I will say it's tough to build a good list with $101 as you need to look at all the upgrades that come with all the ships. did you notice how few ordnance actually comes with the Tie Bomber?

Biggs prevents attacking the senator's shuttle, the token counts as a friendly ship for all intents and purposes of cards the rebel player uses

I thought it had been ruled Biggs couldn't protect, but guess I was wrong. I must be remembering a rule from a custom scenario-based tourney I played in years ago, it seems. My bad.

Idiot Playtester's Diary, 29/6/15; I was so excited to see the preview released today. Then dismayed to see that my constant reports that Esege needs to work on defense too have fallen on deaf ears. It's only a matter of time before they notice. Eventually they always notice, and we are first in line for blame.

I have to say that it's an interesting challenge to do. Build a list with only $101. You have to use standard prices. You have to buy one of the Core boxed sets. Whether you build a tournament list or a casual one, it's pretty interesting. Lots of upgrades you might want....might not be in the ships you want. I suggest you guys try it out and see.

I played missions alot and was X-wing ambassador to the store. I appreciate this article. Quit playing for the most part because there's only one major way to play and it got super old and the scene became too grognardy.

Also with core comes to 100 before tax
