Tournament this weekend

By kewlguy360, in X-Wing Battle Reports

Hey all,

There is a tournament coming up this weekend, where you can only use ships that were seen in any of the 8 star wars movies. Star wars rebels does not count, but the ghost was in rogue one.

I was thinking norra, rey?

Any inspiration?

Thanks in advance

i might be wrong, but was Norra in any movie?

as a suggestion try going with lots of non unique ships like baby blues

The Arc was, so...

Rey + Norra is certainly good. Both deal lots of damage and Norra is a good late game ship (let's face it, rey will die most of the time).

I like this build:

YT-1300: •Rey (59)
Smuggling Compartment (0)
•Millennium Falcon (1)
Expertise (4)
•C-3PO (3)
•Finn (5)
Inertial Dampeners (1)

ARC-170: •Norra Wexley (41)
Vectored Thrusters (2)
Alliance Overhaul (0)
Expertise (4)
Tail Gunner (2)
•R2-D2 (4)

Total: 100/100

Kanan Biggs also come to mind, but I don't know if the shuttle is allowed.

FatHan and Jake

Thank you for the responses, what would the fat han/ jake list be?

Norra was in a Y-Wing during the run through the inside of the second Death Star, so she also was technically in the movies :)

Fat Han (97)

Jake Farrell (33) - A-Wing
Veteran Instincts (1), Proton Rockets (3), A-Wing Test Pilot (0), Autothrusters (2), Push The Limit (3)

Han Solo (64) - YT-1300
Predator (3), Luke Skywalker (7), C-3PO (3), Millennium Falcon (1), Engine Upgrade (4)

I think a Doomshuttle would work nicely against most of the opposition:

Carnor Jax (34)
TIE Interceptor (26), Push the Limit (3), Royal Guard TIE (0), Autothrusters (2), Hull Upgrade (3)

Starkiller Base Pilot (39)
Upsilon-class Shuttle (30), Fire-Control System (2), Darth Vader (3), Targeting Synchronizer (3), Hyperwave Comm Scanner (1)

“Pure Sabacc” (27)
TIE Striker (22), Predator (3), Adaptive Ailerons (0), Lightweight Frame (2)

Carnor Jax is his usual self. He mainly exists to make life miserable for swarms and certain other builds like Attani scum. He's also good against fat turrets. Sabacc is pretty much a distraction that either dishes out serious damage, or buys you another few turns. The SKBP ties the list together:
- Vader for any high-ps aces.
- FCS+Targeting synchroniser to give a "target lock" to either of its escorts.
- Hyperwave to deploy in the exact right position.

FatHan and Jake

As an old(er) fart, I'd be quite pleased if this were to become known as Jake and the FatHan.
