Cannot Get Your Ship Out 4/23-4/29

Slaved Turrets are just horrible. If you could turn them on and off, then maybe...

DTT can even be applied vs squads, and you can still take your 2nd attack.

Yeah the only conceivable use I see for Slaved Turrets is on Arquitens with Vader. That is literally the only time I would ever consider using them (...actually taking the step of equipping them is another thing). Usually the Dual Turbos achieve a similar effect for a similar cost but with much less pain involved.

New article about Admiral Konstantine !

In your mind it's nothing but enemy ships being like
I Am Not Fast - Baymax In Big

but unfortunately the reality is

Yes, I could almost be persuaded...but no. DTT does nearly the same, even with Vader, cheaper. And that front or rear double arc is easy and strong!

You forgot "and is a point cheaper to boot". Slaved Turrets provide a tiny maneuver advantage, that the Arquitens don't have to bear parallel to their targets to get the extra die on target, but that's not a terrible boost when JJ lets you side-step like it's the Cha Cha Slide.

I also find my arquittens do a decent amount of shooting from both sides, or firing flak, so losing that flexiblity is not ideal

Hrr. I need to get around to writing a blog on Konstantine. You, like many, dont understand him.

I mean good luck. I've tried and he's just not good. You claim to have some kind of better understanding (I've seen you say this several times) but you haven't actually produced anything beyond really vague statements.

Yeah I know. Keep meaning to get around to it.

This one is inspired by Gink's w3/4 Konstantine fleet.

I'm not sure it's an amazing list, but it's certainly not all bad. Kind of fun too.

@Ginkapo can probably do it better though.
