What if my unit is too big for the deployement area at the begininnig of the game?

Must I let a part of the unit out of the game area? Or I must let a part out the deployement area istead?

RRG Page 10, RR-26.2 "If a unit cannot fit within a deployment area, the unit must be deployed so its back edge is touching a part of the 6' edge of the play area inside the deployment area."

So basically, back edge butted up against the edge of the play area, with the front hanging out past the deployment zone.

This means you can't deploy the unit at any kind of angle, either.

If you cannot place it in accordance with rule 26.2 it is destroyed.

Which would only happen if your other units prevent it from being placed, or if it is wider than the deployment area and an obstacle prevents it from spilling out with it's back edge against the edge of the setup area.
