I would put OP on a Star Cruiser, not a Battle Cruiser. More blues to prove since you don't have Vet Gunners for rerolls. The seven points there can buy any Liberty title, and even maybe a SFO for the same. To the second, what is the point of cluster bombs? They don't work on Rhymer, and they don't hit hard enough to hurt more than the first squadron. I also question the utility of Redundant Shields on a ship prone to being vaporized in single salvos. RBDs is probably a more consistent fleetwide choice.

TRC on a Nebulon? Why not on a CR90 which is cheaper and has more evade tokens?
