Took about 2 weeks when all was said and done to finish this ship, but she looks great on the table!
Here's some movement examples as well.

I just saw/liked this on Facebook....simply amazing!!!!!
Where is the drooling emoticon?????!!!!!
You have completely inspired me. I picked up a Rogue One ISD model and plan to get it into my games. It's on 16" long, so I think you've got me by several inches.
Love the name, love the paint job. Awesome work!!

Awesome! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
I need a Nebulon B. Like breathing.
Incredible model. Great effort!
I watched the video and I think it moves way too fast relative to the star fighters that it would share the board with. But that's just my opinion, which on the internet I hear is worth quite a lot ?

My thinking as far as that goes is that this will always be moving last, and that it's a "spared no expense" one-of, that is designed from the group up to be able to deal with those nimble little fighters. It has some serious engine power placed far off-axis to allow it the ability to turn sharply, and it still won't be able to make that turn more than once per turn without seriously damaging its engines.

Looking at the video and how far around it can turn when doing a flank turn, I would recommend being able to flank turn only every other turn. There should definitely be some penalty for turning that much. Maybe a loss of weapons or something. I just feel like it should move more ponderously than normal epic ships.

Every other turn is the way it's intended to work. You can do it every turn, but you take a face-up damage to your engine and gain zero energy. So it's only for emergency purposes.
How many points is the Omen fully laiden? It is even possible for her to take enough damage to be threatened??

Definitely. This is hotac she's going to be fielded in and her forte is fending off fighters, not capital ships. Her weakness is going to be Corvettes and anti capital ship weaponry in volleys most likely. As far as points go, they aren't tremendously important to us since she's designed to be an archenemy boss battle, but I imagine if I put a value on her fully loaded it would easily be around 600 points.
The Omen is going to be the first of a new class of ships that I'm in the process for making full rules for called Capital ships. Capital ships will operate largely the same as huge ships, except with double the number of sections (up to 4 as of now) 3 separate movement dials and abilities that operate from each individual section of the ship.
Capital ships ignore everything that isn't huge or larger and with the unstoppable Capital Ship Only EPT, they also apply a tractor token to all enemy ships within range 1 when they begin or end their move.
The Omen Title allows the ship to cloak each of its 4 sections individually at the cost of 5 energy. This alone is pretty powerful, but is further amplified by the fact that when you decloak, you get that 5 energy back. An excellent way to bank energy in preparation for an onslaught from your primary armaments.
The three movement dials for the Omen are as follows.
Slow Ahead speed is measured from the back corners of the ship and provide the only speed at which the Omen can stop. Minimal options and maneuverability, but if you execute a speed 1 move from the dial instead of the stop, you can transition to a higher speed.
Full Ahead has the most options and middle of the road energy gain. While at this speed, you can either decelerate to Slow Ahead or accelerate to Flank speed depending on the speed of the move you choose. Speed 1 and you can only either stay at Full Ahead or Decelerate. Speed 2, and you can either stay at Full Ahead or Accelerate.
Flank speed is measured from the front corners of the base rather than the rear, and allows the ship to make dramatic, sharp turns and its fastest possible forward maneuvers. It's important to note, that you may only decelerate to Full Ahead after executing a Flank speed move and cannot remain at flank speed for longer than 1 turn without forgoing all energy gain and receiving a facedown damage card in all energy-gaining sections. You also may not decelerate to Slow Ahead from Flank Speed without also receiving a face-down damage card to all energy gaining sections.

Unstoppable Card . . . Just swing and ram everyone over & over!!

You'd need to waggle the ship left and right over and over again to do that since they come out the opposite side of the base from the side they touched though, assuming they didn't hit the front.
