I default would normally be a Kr case.. but thinking cheaper till it takes off so might be get some foam from wilikinsons /the range foam for cushions and try and fill in the base box pluck it out? but not sure if with out bases the models assembled will still fit?

There are lots of foam options out there for FFG's standard size boxes. It there one option that will fit this game? - not sure. I would look into something that can store figures separate from bases as that will keep them best protected.

If this game becomes popular, there will be in box storage solutions eventually available from the foam people and the laser cut MDF people.

For now I have just taken everything out of the core box and put the models in the trays as if they were about to go onto the table. By interlocking the trays you can be sure they wont move around during transport and because each model has its own slot you know they can't bump into each other. Works well in the car, just don't turn turn it upside-down and you should be right.

The contents of the box fit into the box, fully assembled and on trays, with a little space to spare.
