Introducing a new blog site:

A new home for my ramblings such that they arent lost to the mire of the forum, but ALSO, a host site for strategy posts that I feel should be saved from forum loss.

So if there is a thread that you think is worthy of being added to my site, please post a link below! Once were rolling I'll sort out the navigation menu with proper categories, currently I am thinking of a seperate Fleet Category and a seperate Miscellanious Category (mainly for things I found amusing)

ps. Blail should probably get some credit for this. Its my refined version of his idea.

@Ardaedhel @Vergilius Pretty sure you two have threads that should be preserved.

Edit: Added Verg's. Ard appears to have his own blogsite to host his deployment curve theory.

That's probably true. I'm not sure I can remember every thread I've posted in where I've contributed something significant, and I've had an awful lot of time where I took someone else's initial ideas and extended the concept with a long detailed post on page 3 on what could be a long thread.

I'll see what I can dig up when I get a chance.

We dont have the ability to search by number of likes anymore which is a bit of a hinderance.

Ugh. Most are lost to my memory now. Did you include your one on deployment? It involved using Jainas light and carefully placed obstacles to hop between. I can't see it on the blog.

Edit: also, is that a certain Waterloo Admiral's post about dead Armada I see at the bottom there? Ahh, I can almost taste the vitriol, over a year on!

If you'd like, I can clean up my ship categorization post; I've been meaning to overhaul it for a while. On a totally separate note, is there a reason my WP blog can't follow yours?

I'll be honest, I dont see what it adds to Strategy. Its a good post, but imo belongs with other threads.

And that's perfectly reasonable. I do intend to clean it up and lengthen it for my blog's first Armada post, but that's in the future. Any ideas on the blog-following front? Usually I can pretty easily. Worst case I'll punch in an email in the Follow Me box type thing, but you don't seem to have that enabled.

Personally I don't have any of the blog-sites bookmarked, although nothing is stopping me. I like the large amount of comments of the forum too. even if we are tilting at windmills and each other all the time.

Links at the bottom of every post on the blog. I should write long posts often enough that the blog will reappear regularly.

I really do wish we had sigs. Then at least bloggers could keep their blog in thier sig all the time. And I could go back to Ackbar poetry.
