I wanted to wish everyone a happy Friday and a good weekend.

This week I wanted to ask is there a ship you wish you played more of that you don't?

As a predominately rebel player, I wish I used my imperials more. I haven't flown any of them in well over a year. Specificily my TIE interceptors... the baron is still very much on holiday at my FLGS, myself included. Of course every time I go to create a list for imperials, I have a bad habit of building it like a rebel list, and imperials play differently than their competition.

The original X-wing for starters. It seems that since the T-70 came out the X-wing has been sidelined. Biggs is the exception and even he sees little playtime on my table.

No generics that can take an EPT really hurts them. The same applies to the Z-95. It would be nice to have some mid level pilots with an EPT slot or a pilot ability similar to the Imperials.

I really like the B Wing, since those ancients times when West End's Star Wars RPG and the D6 avalanches started to flow. Super sexy on the screen and hiper armed starfighter. Slow. Fat.

We play with plenty homebrewed add ons, and some of them help the poor AGI 1 Fighters. But when I play LGS casual games...very, very few B Wings on the table.

*and it was a full fluff Jan too. Kyle crew and Blaster Turret!

I bought into Vet Imps while still working through my many S&V ships. In the meantime, I also bought HotR and an ARC, so finally getting around to playing some Imperial lists, wishing I could bring out my Falcon!

Good times, though. I won my Tuesday night bought (Countess x/D, Duchess, and Backdraft v ARC/Jan Ors/Tano), but it was close! Regen on the ARC is pretty impressive. I know everyone seems to favor x/7 for Defenders, but I really like the two shots, with Ion Cannon giving me control of where a wounded enemy will be. Outmaneuver on the Duchess also takes advantage of her versatile movements, although I came close to flying her off the map at one point!

I need to fly my U-wing more (read: at all). I was so excited to get it because I love the model and it has some great cards. But it also has a bunch of crap cards and not great builds. Still looking for the perfect one.

I wish I played Soontir more. I have only been playing since post-TFA Core but Soontir was the first expansion I bought. I love the greens and repositioning. I get caught up in the whole "he's not that good anymore" and "but bombs" talk that I just don't play him.

Stick with what you know/like right? Now to just get my hands on one of those old alt art cards...

Looking forward to an evening full of Epic X-Wing tonight. I wish I played all my ships more. While I'm part of a group that plays at the FLGS every week, my feelings when I went were that it was very meta-centric and that's not my bag baby. Been having fun with HOTAC, not sure if they'd be up to it, though. They always seem to be gearing up for the latest tournament.

A ship I wished I used more... I suppose maybe the Falcon. I've used it outside of HotAC missions maybe twice. That said, it just hasn't been my play style despite having two of'em. I wished I played X-Wings more... but that implies I play more games or trick somebody into letting me have five in a list. (sure I can fit five, they decreased the points in the errata... uh... the one you didn't get. Really. No, don't look it up. Is that an aluminum or wooden bat?)

I wish I've played the firespray more, especially the Imperial Firespray. I've recently have built a "casual list" for my Hanger Bay league and I love it. Stress Kath is a lot of fun!

It's been over a year since I last flew Interceptors. And they're my favorite ship! How did that happen.

I'm also in the Starviper camp. Such a fun ship but I don't like flying Scum that much. I've kitted Guri out a bunch of different ways, but none recently. Every time I make a scum list now I find myself with a quadjumper in there trying to use Tractor beam. I should paint a Guri, that would make me fly a starviper more!

I haven't participated in a while so Happy Friday. I haven't played much, but I would say the Raider and CR-90.
