Having just one forum for ALL of L5R is rough. Subforums for clans, rules and general discussion should totally be made. Just my opinion that no one asked for.

I suspect clans will continue to be based on the clan forums, which is probably going to remain a thing if only because it helps build the faction loyalty, but rules and fiction and general discussion subforums would be cool.
