I have looked everywhere and cannot find stats for Liers Ossnan in the Beyond the Rim module. I haven't found any forum post about his missing stats or what GM's used instead. Am I missing something? Is he not supposd to be used as an adversary for the PC's to fight?

You can always default to the Imperial Intelligence Agent adversary from the EotE core book.

I used the stats for Cal Alsen, the ISB supervisor, from earlier in the book. IIRC, I gave him different armor and a regular blaster pistol.

Stat him up yourself as you want him to be. So far I have found that nearly every enemy/encounter in the pre-written adventures needs a little more power in order to be challenging. I usually and a few more ranks in key skills, add some talents and give them better weapons. My PCs seem to breeze through the vanilla encounters pretty easily.
