You'll have 2 focus tokens, one from your action and one from General Hux.

If you roll a focus result, it auto hits. Since you hit with an attack, Ruthlessness does another damage. x2 because of TLT.

Ruthlessness only triggers once after the 2nd attack as per the timing chart.

Could work but it is a fairly expensive combo to pull off. While nasty against slippery Aces, the Empire can already put Vader + Gunner on a cheap Decimator to deal them unblockable crits. Your combo would need a shuttle and Hux (26 points minimum if you take an OGP), then you would need a Tie aggressor with TLT (23 points minimum) so that is 49 points minimum (probably at least 5 points more if you want an EPT ship with Ruthlessness). DeciVader/Gunner starts at 48 Points on a Patrol leader.

Also there is the fact that this combo is no better than a naked TLT at attacking large low-agility targets unless your opponent obligingly clusters his ships up.

Not saying it won't work but it seems like a lot of points and effort for a marginal benefit.

TLT: Good against low AGI ships, worse against high AGI elite ships and high AGI swarms.

Fanatical Devotion: Unavoidable hits, good against high AGI elite ships.

Ruthlessness: Unavoidable damage in clustered formations, good against high AGI swarms.
