It was a community event.

Just wondering what the outcome was, if there was a writeup about it somewhere.

I managed to find some information about it by going through a few contacts and speaking with the person that originally arranged the event.

It was a miniatures game, at apocalypse level, The Tyrant Star's Eclipse was the closing event to this game.

The person considers it not canon, so take that for what you will.

But the gist of it was.

The Imperial forces, under the command of Inquisitor Octus Enoch, did not manage to defeat Sek'toth "The False Whisperer".

In the event he, Enoch, lost his hand.

The Tyrant Star eclipsed Karrik to close out the event.
