I agree about Blackmail, if you Ace in the Hole it, your opponent would get to pay 1 to remove it.

If you agree with black mail and ace in the hole do you also agree with tuskan raider not being able to resolve blackmail before the opponent gets to spend 1 to remove it?

I do but for different reasons.

Blackmail triggers on roll, Tusken triggers after activation. Rolling is a part of activation, so Blackmail would trigger first and enters the queue, then Tuskens ability would trigger entering the queue behind Blackmail. Blackmail trigger resolves, Tusken trigger resolves.

Thats how I see it anyway.
