During which PHASE of a players turn does power/favor vent?

I'm putting some sequences together.

jh

I am going to play that this occurs in the end of turn phase, and will replace the power/favour adjustment that normally occurs in that phase.

page 7 of the FAQ confirms it is the end of turn phase...

It clearly states in the FAQ that the wizard/priest must check for Equilibrium in the End of turn phase. Which is kinda silly I think, since Venting Power rule will probably never be used. It should be when exceeding twice their WP score, the character must immediately spend a maneuver and suffer one stress to mantain it, or all the excess power will vent immediately.

During a wizard character’s End of Turn phase, if he currently
has more power than his equilibrium, he must either perform a
manouevre to maintain this extra power, or loses one power. Conversely,
if the wizard is currently below his equilibrium, then he
gains one power during his End of Turn phase. See ToM p. 34 for
more details.

Excess Power
A wizard checks for and resolves excess power, as outlined in ToM
page 34, during his End of Turn Phase.
