I like what you have with shara but I worry that PS 6 is not high enough to get a real benefit from the Hera stay on target shenanigans.

What about loading up shara with just targeting astromech and weapons engineer? That way she has one to use and one to share.

Lose the Shara Bey maneuvering fun but you keep the girl power spirit and get a little more firepower with TLT. Still get a way for Norra to have consistent modified 5 die attacks.
