I am new to x-wing and would like some good ideas on squad builds for both empire and rebels with the current forces I own. I don't know what would be viable set ups as of yet and would greatly appreciate any help.

You have a lot of stuff there. Perhaps you could indicate which ships you're most interested in flying. Just about all of the ships you've got can be good if built well, especially if the folks that you play with don't mind you proxying upgrades for casual games (since you are new to the game I'll just mention that 'proxying' means using upgrades for which you don't actually own the cards - illegal in a tournament, but great for practice and for planning purchases).
I think this is a pretty good place to start:
you can enter your collection the drop downs, then when you start building a list it will only show the pilots/upgrades you have available. Alternatively you hit random for some fun combinations, though never really good. Just fun.
Based on what you have you may be best strarting with Rebels over Empire. The Heroes of the Resistnace set is almost completely inclusive by itself. The other cardinal rule of beginning is "what do you like?" First figure that out, the build a list. It could be a fluff reason or what you think sounds good. After that build a list around it and practice it.
If you want to "net-list" a good list that's fine too, but you would want to start at the list, then look o see what you need to buy. Either way, gotta practice it.
Side note - 2 Raiders? Seems overkill, but hey maybe you really like TIE Advances.
One of the Raiders was free that why I have 2 . Lol.
As to types it doesn't matter as of yet am looking for both rebel and imperial squads that won't get slapped around the board while I am learning more about the game. I am looking to pick up a few more ships to get some of the upgrades needed to run a squad I seen on here for the rebels. It was the 4 t70's or 2 t70's and 2 B-wings
