Each of you should make an stealth roll. Average upgraded once with a setback.

Yes for now you can benefit from the camo on the armor.

Stealth

1 failure, 5 advantage, 1 Despair
i've been dragging this out to long, i'm back in town, i'll have the charecter sheet up today so you can do the introductions, i'm caught between either a selonian or elom (no wookie, i like the rp possibilities of these two more so) warden.
Any thoughts, i like how selonians hate lying, and elom would make sense as slaves for mining...
any preferences?

Not really, Elom would make more sense for the story but Selonian could work. You would just need to explain why you are away from Selonia
Stealth
:
4eA+1eB+1eD+1eC+1eS
0 successes, 2 advantage
Advantage: It's the resistance (or just some slaves or someone that doesn't care) that see/hear me?
Alternatively, I'm detected but they don't locate us and aren't sure if it was a trick of their imagination/sensor malfunction. But now they're more on alert.
Stay in the Shadows

Well now, isn't this interesting. I'll describe the failure and the despair then you guys can use the advantage as you see fit.
The three of you make your way toward the center of the herdship. Thinking that there might be some variety of control center there. The closer you get to the center the more guard patrols you encounter and thus try to avoid. The effort takes time an hour is spent simply dashing between buildings and hiding in shadows only to need to back track and attempt another route. In the end you return to the base of the tower reluctantly admitting that you are unable to get closer and remain hidden. (3 failures)
At one point S'zish suggested a route that forced you to hunker down and wait for a guard patrol to pass only to find that another patrol was headed toward you. To get away from the position you had to dash past a sensor droid that seemed to send out an alert signal before Tox tore it apart with her vamblades. Now the area is on high alert and the patrols are doubled. (Despair)
In the end you wasted an hour and alerted them to your presence but made no progress.
How do you spend your advantage and what do you do next.
So we have a single pool of advantage? How much would it to also alert the resistance that we're here? Also what would it be to notice the area(s) that have more guards that are not near the center area?

Its not specifically a single pool but you guys can spend it collectively if you wish.
The number of advantage you spend on a "While we were failing to sneak forward, we noticed ______" will determine the quality of the information.
How much advantage would it cost to have the resistance, alerted to our presence by the alarm and increased security, attempt to contact us via Casea?
What about spending some advantage to find a maintenance tunnel that allows us another shot with a bonus for being "out of the way"?

Let me re-phrase. You need to tell me how much advantage you want to spend on a "thing". I will then tell you the quality of the "thing". One advantage and the "thing" is minor and it only helps in a small way. Spend a lot of advantage on it, and it will be a major help to your goals.
While you discuss that I will also introduce the new characters.
Your characters are working together today observing the central hub and hoping to discover a way to infiltrate the command center. We should go with that you have worked together on previous days and have learned that you can rely on each other. After a time an alert klaxon goes up in the next sector clockwise. You decide to check it out and head over there in time to see three strangers dash behind cover after avoiding a patrol. The three are wearing Zygerrian guard armor but it has been camouflaged to blend into the shadows. After the patrol passes the three retreat towards the base of one of the towers holding up the force field.
What do you do?
Hey do we have a link to @Darzil 's sheet? What's his background story?
Is Mrash in it for just the hunt or does he have a moral/philosophical stake in it?
Edited by TheShardThe hunt aka Defeating enemy starfighters for the greater glory of Scorekeeper.
Though currently that means escaping and revenge.
On 6/29/2017 at 3:33 PM, Darzil said:Actually, may I stretch a point and go for Ace - Pilot, as it fits the background closer, though probably take Obligation (probably Deserter, as missing in action - or an obligation to the group that helped me escape the mine) rather than Duty to fit the campaign ?
On 6/29/2017 at 3:35 PM, Ryoden said:The Ace would be someone who has had military training to get to the skill level they are in. Does that apply to the character?
On 6/29/2017 at 3:43 PM, Darzil said:Yes, fought the empire in starships (probably with Rebellion), got captured, got sent to the mines. After this long away from the Rebellion, Duty doesn't really fit with the campaign, but Obligation could.
On 6/29/2017 at 3:51 PM, Ryoden said:Alright I think it will be fine. (provided no one else objects.)
The longest you would have been stuck here would be around 2.5 years. That's about when they started sending additional slaves to this facility. You need to decide if he has any inclination to go back to the rebel alliance if he gets off of this moon. Is he committed to the goal of ending the imperial oppression or was he just in it for the chance to fly some nice fighters and blow some sheet up?
On 6/29/2017 at 4:41 PM, Darzil said:The latter - though the Transdoshan translation is closer to "challenging yourself against the mighty Imperial ships for the greater glory of Scorekeeper".

I vote we use 4 advantage to to state " the resistance, alerted to our presence by the alarm and increased security, attempt to contact us via Casea"
I also say we used 1 and found a shop that was open for business, and friendly to the resistance cause.

Well considering I need to introduce the new players, and they are part of the Insurgents, point one would be redundant.
Point two? Ugh, that's not really workable. There are no open shops. The city is abandoned. All the previous residents are now forced to live in a small section that has been converted to slave housing.
Fair points on both suggestions.
Spend 3 advantage to state that the droid only recorded movement, not sound or video.
Spend 2 advantage to further state that we managed to stay off of all video monitors.
basically, spend all five advantage to state that the only proof we were there is the broken droid and the resistance spotting us.

Those are fine suggestions though I added up 10 advantage not 5.
D'oh!
Give me a minute or 30
Considering that 10 was from all 3 rolls this is something that the 3 of you should agree on.
I concur, just spit balling ideas. I was absent for about a page and a half, so I am trying to get back.
little miss is keeping my hands full
