So any chance of the herdship becoming space born again?

Your character has no idea what the answer to that is. Feel free to investigate that idea In Character.

Figured out what to spend my XP on.

Expert Tracker 15 XP: Makes sense for a findsman

Ranged (Heavy) 2 10 XP: Fair amount of shooting at the end of last chapter

Well, it's a short hop to Nar Shadda so one option would be if we could get several ships operational we could get most of the slaves into them cattle car style and do a quick run to Nar Shadda before the life support systems became overwhelmed.

We could always try and trick the Zygerrians into leaving, but they may poison the well before they go.

We could call the hutts, they wouldn't be pleased to know whats going on under their nose. But we'd probably lose any salvage.

Revolt and seize control of the herd ship seems the best option.

Any word on obligation for this session?

None triggered at this point. I'll let you know if it does.

Ok well bellowing ithorians could work. We need to even the odds more. We need to trap or kill off a number of the slaves in one fell swoop so the revolt can have a good chance

Uh, you mean slavers right?

Oh yes, yes of course I did

Sorry I have been away, very busy week. This exchange made me stop and laugh out loud.

I'all read through and catch up in the next few minutes and post something in IC if I have anything to add.

FYSA, I haven't had internet for a few days and won't have it until later this week.

What would I know @Ryoden about the operations here?

General knowledge that Mrash and Worm know.

There are several thousand Ithorian slaves and a few hundred of other species. They are worked in shifts of several hundred at a time. when not being worked they are housed in large dorm areas in what was once the storage areas of the herd ship.

There are a few hundred Zygerrians always present and dozens working as guards at any time.

Occasionally there are Imperial forces such as storm troopers and officers that do inspections.

The blue stone that is being mined is processed and refined inside the central hub of the herd ship where a laboratory is dedicated to experimenting with it and developing it's use. This area is where the command center for the ship and the mining operation is found.

There are maybe 50 to 100 escaped slaves. They are disorganized and separate with no clear leadership.

As far as specifics regarding their forces and the like. If you want to learn something you have to do something. Doing things in this environment involves risk so we need to roll for it.

@Ryoden

Would I know where like computer access points are, or places to head to investigate.

All of the points in the outer city (the area you are hiding in) have been disconnected. There are presumably access points in the inner city (the Hub) but that area is patrolled by the zygerrians and occasionally the Imperials.

I have internet again!

Depending on what we learn from the escaped slaves I'm leaning towards either starting a geurilla war or hitting that main tower, snagging a ship and getting out to let the Hutts know about down here. On one hand we don't really have the resources to take on all of the zygerrians and the empire. On the other we wouldn't be big **** heroes if we didn't try. :D

So do the three of us now know that list of things that was for Mrash and Worm?

I think that was the intent of the post shard made, yes.

Ok, so S'zish would either want to go to the central command hub (particularly the lab) and see what's going on there, or try and stage a slave uprising by going to the slave quarters.

yes that was my intent

Tox would vote free slaves first. If even half will pick up arms and fight, they would drastically outnumber the slavers. Especially when combined with the escaped slaves and us.

If the slave pen controls are in the central tower, then that would be a one stop shop. :)

Splitting up (death star style) and one group hits the tower and opens the armory while another goes to the slave pens and frees the slaves could work. Except that getting the slaves to the armory could be a challenge. I'm cool either way.

Alright folks. I regret that I have been less that 100% focused on this game these last few weeks. I have been busy and distracted by other things. But it also seems like the general level of interest has waned dramatically since the fight in the cargo hold. Just to be clear I am waiting for one of your characters to do something. You made a clean getaway from the first foray into the hub, so I don't want to take that away by having someone attack you.

It would be best if there was consensus on where the party was headed but if you are tired of waiting then jump the gun and tell me what your character does to get this moving again.

Splitting up 2 and 2 could work, I don't know if @Darzil is still follow so it could be just the 4 PCs now.

Normally I would wait, but since we seem to have hit a lull, here's my plan. S'zish and Khaine head to the main control tower/lab to see what's going on there. While Tox and the Worm try to see if it's reasonable to free the slaves from their holding area and stage an uprising.

What do you all think?

I am still following, just been a bit busy

Sounds like as close to a plan as I've seen here!
