I mean she's walking with crutches, she probably can't put up that much of a fight. If we were to be able to get all of her tools, we would be in a much better spot.

(I'm in no way implying that people with disabilities cannot put up a fight.)

The mechanic might be a slave, from what we heard when they stopped after they noticed the camera.

I'm leaning towards the mechanic is a slave. Still, I say we stun her just to be safe.

I also think she's a slave. She's headed to where Fzaexx is though, isn't she? At the very least we should stop that from happening. It'll be dangerous to try to reason with her in case she isn't, so I also think stunning her is best.

I think she's coming our way. The guard told her that there was something in this hallway and they would know that the bridge was open to space.

Sweep the legs and stun. I can bola her to help

@Imperial Stormtrooper did you want to post an IC post for S'zish? Neelig and Brin's actions have somewhat been covered by the other posts but yours haven't.

I rolled for initiative after doing the last post, I'll have the mechanic (Casea) go first in this round.

Perhaps Fzaexx should go first and try and scope as much as he can?

also, as mechanic has already gone, maybe instead of stun, we reason with her, convince her to help us?

I feel like I screwed us over. But he was going for a grenade so I don't really feel like I had an option. Sorry guys.

It was either that or take the grenade damage and then have everybody coming at us. Either way, they are coming, I'm glad to not have damage.

Don't feel too bad. It was actually the Threat on Brin's first shot.

And to clarify: he took that shot Before the start of combat . Combat started when you closed the door. There was an open door when he took the shot and he generated 1 threat. I used that as a reverse "notice something important about the ongoing conflict"

:D Nah. Khaine is pretty sure that it was him. Stun bolts are two quiet to be heard over the ruckus down there. :( I mean the odds of someone have g a cyber sensor that would pick that up are right up there with successfully navigating an asteroid field. :lol:

I think that S'zish should wait again to see how the guards come up. @Ryoden The guards have to make a perception check to spot S'zish correct?

Correct, it's sort of an opposed roll and not. You rolled against a difficulty already. That difficulty was based on Casea's Perception score. (YG)

So right now you are hidden. If the guard comes up and specifically looks for you he would roll a Perception check against your Stealth score.

This game doesn't really have a passive perception mechanic. If someone doesn't take the action to look, it's unlikely they will just notice something hidden.

I am not trying to force the group away from the standard rules for initiative but it seems there is a bit of indecision right now.

@crookedcrown maybe we should have Brin go first, he had the most successes on his initiative. Or do you want to pass it on to someone else for a specific reason?

Tox can go first. She will move the body into a dark corner, picking up the grenade and comms unit in the process (maneuver). May she also check to see if he was carrying anything else of value (action)?

So remember that you guys are in that oval room with the two circular rooms. The larger one is a gun turret and the smaller is a turbolift.

Dragging the body around to that corner between the turbolift and the turret will be a maneuver by its self.

The Grenades, there are 3 of them, are clipped to his belt opposite an electro whip and the comlink. It would be a maneuver to take any of those items. There is no roll required.

One maneuver per item?

If yes, Tox grabs the whip, it will be more important in the immediate future.

If yes, but one item per hand, she picks up the whip and comlink.

If no, she picks up everything.

RAW yes. Though I suppose i could call it one maneuver to grab something with each hand.
