Does anyone know how young the youngest jedi who fought in the Clone Wars were? Were they all called generals as well? Long time since I watched the show and I can't remember if only knights and masters were generals or if padawans like Ashoka were called general too...
How young were the youngest jedi who fought in the clone wars?
Not entirely up to speed on the Clone Wars, but I think Ahsoka Tano at 14 was amongst the youngest.
Also, fairly certain that Padawans that engaged in combat were referred to as Commanders, with a Jedi needing to be a Knight in order to have the rank of General in the GAR.
Donovan is correct there. And Jedi of Padawan or up fought in the Clone Wars with Padawans having the rank of Commander, and Knight and above having the rank of General.
Caleb Dume looked even younger than Ahsoka, but there's not a lot of information to go on regarding his age.
Kanan/Caleb was 13 during when he became a Padawan and went to war.
You can either treat it as just being an adventure fiction trope that kids are involved in war, or you can examine how it came about that Jedi took children to war. Depends on what the GM and players want from the game.

What's your source on that?
Wookiepedia lists the novel A New Dawn as a source for his age/birthday.

Wacky, I went there first (didn't want to dig through the comics or New Dawn) and didn't see it. Good catch!
His birth year is listed on his page, and an annotation leads to the book.

Or more sleep
Well, there was this whole bunch of 5 year olds, who fought a dark lord of the sith, and some clone troopers. So you could say 5 years old was the youngest age to fight.....granted they lost...terribly, but hey, they did "engage the enemy".
