So the plan is tractor beam stuff, target locks with scyk then rip off shields and push crits with mangler.

It's been pretty nasty so far. That's a total of 15 red dice, possibly 17 with range 1 quads and an 18th if sunny gets lucky.

It struggles against whisper/echo but I have yet to actually lose to a phantom. It's hard to track a phantom down to tractor beam it. I usually manage to bump them somehow and then it's easy to kill.
