Just out of curiosity, why Tarn over Jess? Also, what specific help are you looking for with Poe?

I'm not a huge fan of Jess because I don't like flying in formation

Keeping these 3 ships I would swap out PTL for VI on Poe. Without BB-8 or R2 Astro I think T-70s are a little too predictable when forced into green maneuvers. This buys you either Autothrusters for Poe, OR an upgrade to M9-G8 for Tarn, which allows you to use her action to boost Poe or Red Ace's offense and still use it for every shot she takes (R7 has once per round limit).

The beauty of Pattern Analyser is that if you happen to in a position to pull a green anyway, you can take 2 actions and end up stress-free. I really like my PTL/PA Poe, you just have to remember to only use it when you need it.

Off topic a bit but that Tarn build is a killer in escalation.

List looks good to me. I've flown each of these pilots before and they are of decent quality. Id want autothrusters on the t-70s as it makes them better than with integrated but integrated is more cost efficient for the list.
