I don't own Sea of Blood, but can't help myself from eyeballing it, especially after reading the rules.

Does the Sea of Blood expansion comes with its own set of Dungeon Quests, or does it want you to use Dungeons from other expansions/core game?

So Sea of Blood is an advanced campaign, much like Road to Legend. So it doesn't come with a Quest Book like JitD, AoD, WoD, and ToI and isn't played in the Quest format of those games. None of the quests that come with those games (except the four RtL/SoB dungeon cards in ToI) are designed to work with RtL/SoB.

Sea of Blood does come with its own set of dungeon level cards, and you can combine those with the dungeon level cards from RtL.
