Well, not to say that Kythindrul won't be released in the future, but please read the linked thread... it is pointed out in the guide.

Do it doesn't, but I believe the consensus of the thread was that it is.

Indeed Decent is never mentioned, people just assume because he and his base seem to be smaller he would have to be a Decent figure because Runewars minis are bigger and he looks exactly the same while Arbus or whatever his name was has changed a little.

Yeah but the changes with Ardus are subtle, and at that angle and resolution it is hard to say if the mini is different.

Don't get me wrong, it most likely is the Descent mini. We just have no confirmation one way or another.
