Been checking around for release events in the Pheonix area but the stores I've talked to said FFG didn't send them anything for the Escalation events and the like.

Anyone in Arizona know about some events?

For people from other states, what is the support from FFG for this release looking like?

Had to sign up for the release packs I heard. Maybe AZ forgot to sign up?

I don't want to put words in their mouth, but it sounded like there were a limited number of them and FFG was choosing who would receive them. So I suspected that maybe only one or two lucky retailers in the area would get them, but I can't seem to find any that did. The one closest to me has paid for the other Organized Play things once the season starts.

I haven't contacted any stores in Tucson because I knew I wouldn't be picking up a core at release, but I've been checking Facebook pages and such and I haven't seen any buzz about Runewars.

I know my FLGS ordered the release kit on the 1st of February but I don't know if they are getting one. I am in Portland Oregon

I hope that's the case for me tomorrow. I didn't really pre order and I've got only 2 stores within (manageable) driving distance that would carry it. In a way I'd kind of be happy if it sold out, meaning there would be a good player base here, but I also want my copy tomorrow.

Australian stores don't seem to have theirs yet, but then again, Australian stores are still waiting for their Correlian Campaign support kits....

My FLGS has a kit.. the local disti shipped it to the wrong address so now it wont be there in time for the launch event tomorrow.. well played as usual...Why they still have that license I don't know.. oh wait, they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Asmodee...

Aaaand got it. They had 2 left, all the others were on reserve. Glad I went at lunch, was thinking of just going after work.

One of them contacted me and told me while they won't be having a release event, they did get their hands on the promo cards and will give them to whoever buys a core.

So guess where I'm going to pick up my second core...
