Brig and cylon crisis

By yanost, in Battlestar Galactica

Hello:

I have a question.

When an Unrevealed Cylon is in the brig and in his turn he revealed as a cylon, Can he take a Cylon crisis Card?

I have this doubt because in the brige nobody can take an crisis card at the end of his turn.

Yes, he does get a Super Crisis. This is different from regular crisis cards in many ways - a super crisis is not immediately used, the cylon can save it for a better opportunity and keeps it in his hand until that point.

The only "cylon" who does not get a super crisis card is the sympathizer.

Also if you are in the brig you do not skip normal crisis phase (with the exception of a cylon that just revealed - in that case his turn immediately ends).

Being in the hole doesn't mean there aren't any problems in the colonial fleet to solve.

actually you are not allowed to draw a crisis card while in the brig.

Yes you do skip that section - there no crises drawn by players in the brig.

That's right. Read the description on the brig space. It says not to draw crisis cards.

If a cylon reveals in the brig, he is not allowed to use the effect that is listed on his "You are a cylon" loyalty card. IIRC, if a cylon is revealed through execution, he cannot use the effect on his loyalty card, nor can he draw a super crisis card.

Yes the player in the Brig on his turn does not play a crisis card, but he is involved in the crisis resolution for all other players even in the brig.
