There are 12 strangers in the city deck, one for each epic character. You need to encounter one of them and meet the requirements.

Could you re-upload the cards in the "My stuff just arrived" thread as well? I like what you have there conceptually and wanted to get a closer look at them to decide if I wanted to add them to my own set (with or without some tweaks of my own).

Bludgeon hasn't been around for a while. But if you're looking for something similar to this, you might want to check out my set entitled "Four Corners of the World: The City" on TalismanIsland. It has some cards inspired by Bludgeon's work here. Of course, one notable thing it's missing are the Advanced Characters. I didn't include anything like that.
