Incorrect list

I like it. Good amount of damage, Knights for objectives and flanking, and I feel like the 2x1 is going to be the go to configuration for the Rune golem.

The Rune Golems made sense that way. The Cavalry were set up for activation and the Ranked Discipline to give it the effect of a second set of trays.

It should work but who knows. The goal was to use 2 core set's as best as possible

If you get a chance to run it, let me know how it goes. I would be interested in your thoughts.

Sure! No idea what my thoughts will be yet. I can run some bare bones simulations in my head but they are really devoid of game experience.

For me at least, this game plays so much differently in practice than in theory. The fact that initiative is tied to what action you are performing really messes with things. If you anticipate your opponent charging so you counter attack, and he rallies instead, whiff. If you anticipate your opponent rallying so you charge and he shifts sideways and reforms instead, whiff.

X-Wing and Armada (the only similar games I have experience with) have at least some predictability because you know that every ship will continue moving. You might not know exactly where, and a few ships have some tricks, but they will move forward. That just doesn't happen in this game and it really messes with my head. Lol.

Yea, that is why I like this game so far and have not played it. Harder to predict. I can easily predict the other two

It's a small point, but you need a 4 tray formation of Rune Golems to add that upgrade.

Do you? It was on Battlescribe

I just checked the wiki. You are right

For Wave 0, I'd try multiple configurations of the unit's sizes and upgrades till you get the mix you like. You could also try condensing the two spearmen units into a large one and see how it fares.
