I read on the FAQ's that there was a conflicting debate over goblin rush. I am fairly new at this game and would like to know the correct way to play it. Some people feel that because the goblins are so weak, they do not have to be ordered to do a goblin rush if they are in range. I personally think they should be ordered but I was wondering what other people thought on it.
On a goblin rush, do goblins have to be ordered?

Goblins just like all other units need to be ordered to move and battle.

That is what I thought. Thanks for clarifying it for me. That is how I have been playing but then I heard about that and it made me have to think about it a little bit. I guess you need a goblin expansion to make them a little better than they are in the core set.
