Probably. Adding a die to any attack would automatically put any commander into the more expensive category.

Pietts ability should be linked to the CF command.

With the restriction that you cant use it against squads only against ships (eat that A-wing)

You guys are crazy! Piett will be a squadron synergy admiral, like Sloan. He commands the fleet to wait while the fighters engage. Alternatively he might have special large/epic ship synergy.

Still hoping for a title that flips the Quasar to be a rebel ship. Whenever I hear people explaining that it isn't technically possible, I do the internet equivalent of sticking my fingers in my ears and go 'lalalalalala'.
