There's no way you would have known yet, but the X-wings in Grayskull have green stripes ;)

Very entertaining!

I'm glad you liked it! We're trying very hard to make sure these are fun to listen to, while at the same time laying the groundwork for a narrative event that will *actually* have a narrative underwriting it.

For the record, building up the story for a narrative event is pretty brilliant. It really builds the story so it matters to the players a little more. This is under the assumption that most people who sign up for the event have some kind of exposure to it before playing, but if that's true, a radio drama gives a lot more emotional investment than a paragraph read during setup the day of the event.

Thanks! We'll be including links to this pretty much everywhere we can so that people can listen ahead of time.

Great idea. Wish I could be at GenCon to play!

I enjoyed the first episode, but Chadwick's acting was a little flat. Someone needs to replace George Lucas as the director and get someone who can get more out of his actors. :P

Why was Colonel Jek such a jerk to poor Lt Tellin?

Great question - he was kind of embarrassed about walking into a booby trap, and dropping his blaster (which Tellin handed him). He was a little grumpy for a minute.

We are also going to push this for a global campaign that people can participate after GenCon. We are hoping guys in their basement and TO's around the world will play and send in reports. This will help give them a background to it.

Yeah....I'm a ham, but not a real actor. I've been trying to get better with reading my stuff ahead of time and doing multiple readings. Still, I know I'm no Harrison Ford!

I'm sorry, you didn't deserve that. But I do need a picture of you to turn into an Animorphs cover.

This one is only 21 minutes.

Awesome 21 minutes. For curiosity's sake: how many work hours to produce the 21minutes?

Awesome work! :-D

when we can expect the next parts ?

I'll let @Babaganoosh answer that. Jake and Phil were the ones to do all the work.

Same here. I think the first one took a lot longer due to figuring some things out. How to do droid noises, etc.

I think the first episode took in the neighborhood of 20-30 man hours to produce, but it's hard to say without talking to jake. The following episodes should take less time, but I think each one is going to take at least 10-15 hours bare minimum to produce, and usually more than that.

It is certainly allot of work for Jake and Phil, but the final product is so worth it. They certainly have a nack for it!

This was great. Can't wait for the missions!

We discuss the Round 1 missions in our latest podcast....that came out yesterday. The first two are called "Terror Campaign" and "Communications Net".
