New article :bombs away

By teeg123456, in X-Wing

So in this new article in the section titled "Executing the plan" in the 2nd paragraph it talks about the k wing blocking kanan taking away action and causing Biggs to bump kanan in which case taking away Biggs action. Then Rey moves into range one of kanan but not in his arc. Then says kanan won't get a primaryweapon attack l,I get that, but then says won't get a TLT shot either this I don't understand. I've read it twice now and maybe I'm reading it in a different context. Any clarification on this would.be greatlyappreciated.

Thanks

If it's an FFG article then you get to play this great game of Spot the Technical Mistakes, especially when they run scenarios like this. Enevitable they have something stupid like illegally placed upgrades or dropping bombs at the wrong time, or just being very unrealistic with the set up of the ships.

If Kanan bumped the K-Wing, they can't shoot it; they are touching.

If Rey moved into range 1, out of arc of Kanan, they can't use the TLT on her, it is range 2-3; they can't use the primary, they are out of arc.

True, but the business regarding Kanan's TLT was accurate as the range is 1 and therefore too close for TLT to work.

Keep looking!

All in all a great article, but I sure wish the K-Wing wasn't OOP. :(
