You should post this in the thread. We normally separate the IC and OOC comments with a quote box. This thread is only used for "business" (i.e. rolecall/recruiting/out of game issues). I don't think we are currently just doing sort rp at the moment. It was just that April handwaved your background knowledge, which makes sense. Zando wouldn't have hired you if you didn't know your stuff about this particular ruins.

I like picking up the local, worra and now a specialist... It actually makes thing feel less contrived and more of a natural story arc.

Astrid feels compelled to deliver the staff immediately, despite being intrigued by the occurrences on New Taris. A find of this magnitude could significantly impact her student debt (obligation to Zando); but let's face it- there's probably only one way to get out of debt with Zando.

If party consensus keeps us here, for now, Astrid would be very much interested in further exploration of the current adventure. The lure of unraveling the Sith connection could potentially delay her prompt return.

I could see a return we need cash... But something feels unfinished...

& Shard, while I have no love for Bankers, at the moment they're our employers and Yorik is loyal. Sorry but there's NO WAY I'd go for stealing the Hind, getting ourselves blacklisted from working, and probably thrown out the window just to get this whiny annoying stuffed shirt windbag to a safe place after we're debriefing from our first mission together. I've totally got your back for our survival and making sure we get to our next mission but I think we should all defuse just a bit because there's no reason to start pulling blasters and thermal detonators any time soon... except if we find out that Mr. Zando is a Sith rival to Lord Insanire. Even then, the enemy of my enemy is my ally... and as far I'm concerned, Lord Insanire is our Big Bad Evil Guy who needs to DIE. Mr. Zando is earning my loyalty more and more because he sent us a totally righteous and qualified backup in Dr. Andunie and she totally came through and delivered... and now he's agreed to more than double our fee for the hardships that we endured. That seems very fair to me.

Now, I think that the Noble will be able to buy himself some leniency from Mr. Zando so don't think that Crumbleberry is without resources himself. & Now, that we find out there's a Republic agent within the Banking Cartel I'm now even more curious to see what unfolds.

Nah. Keep your credits- you're probably not aware of that transaction, anyway. I think 20k was reasonable, for the staff. I was also afraid that if I asked for too much, the request would be denied, or another "fixer" would be sent to settle the debt.

Astrid's not exactly a philanthropist, but she's living the life, doing what she loves, with a wealthy and powerful sponsor. She doesn't really need the creds. Besides- it looks like we just got paid!

I don't think you could run and gun through the entire building. You could try. Or Worra could hand over the other prisoner as the Rakghoul?

The Hind is basically yours, for now at least.
