You'd have to double check but that's the way I understood it, maybe armor doesn't stack just other attributes?

Any advice on starting gear for my character that would be mission specific? Going to be working on that tonight as well as tightening up the backstory.

Well we got a crazy force using bad guy who takes control of people.

A mutated rancor. Which we have to capture alive.

Death troopers.

And we are in a mall.

We have to find a sword, and a twin.

So prioritize tracking/reconnaissance gear, rebreather, stun weapons. Speeder maybe w/ a harpoon to hoth maneuver the rancor.

Really, just pick gear that tells your characters past, and you'll have a chance to change it out after this mission... If we make it out.

Right now, we're rancor trapping so be sure to include the biggest Stun shooter you can find. :-)

Then, be sure to include an extra pair of underwear because April runs a pretty scary campaign at times. :-)

The "Subduer-9" riot blaster in No Disintegrations is a pretty awesome stun weapon, using Ranged- heavy.

Ok, here's my second draft. I wasn't sure what else I should spend my funds on so I banked a bit, I can always do a third draft if anyone has any more advice on what I should spend things on, either credits or XP. Any backstory tips would be great to, this is my first really detailed character. (And I know that it pales in comparison to some of yours, which is why I'm still a noob. lol.)

You know, for all the praise that tool receives I had not thought to try it myself. Just downloaded it and used it to get the stats. Very nice tool!

mechanically skiptracer, though narratively, hes done some big game stuff (to fit with the party better)

Very cool! This is my and Edgehawk's 1st PbP as well. We're all here to have a good time and honestly you'll add a tremendous amount to the group just by writing and participating in the storylines.

This has been GREAT fun for me since I haven't been able to be part of a Star Wars Campaign that's lasted more than 5 games and we're able to post anytime so I always feel like we're in the middle of the action.

TheGuardian is holed-up by himself, in his initial post, but that could very well be you (I was thinking Rancor, myself).

Am I expected to insert myself somewhere? I'm waiting on @April to reveal me (as April said I was hanging somewhere from a meathook, thus the butchers)
