How does outmaneuver work when you choose to fire at a second target in the tie/sf's rear arc. Assume that the second target in rear arc does not have the tie/SF in its arc.

It works like the front arc. An arc is an arc as far as Outmaneuver is concerned. It tends to make ships with auxiliary arcs doubly dangerous, because it applies to either arc.
