I flew it like this once:
33 Wes Janson 29, VI 1, M9-G8 3, IA 0
26 Biggs Darklighter 25, R4-D6 1, IA 0
15 Captain Rex 14, Title 1, Chopper 0 (put title and Chopper really just because I had no where else to put my last point)
26 Gold Squadron Pilot 18, TLT 6, Title 0, R3-A2 2
TOTAL: 100
And like this once:
35 Wes 29, VI 1, M9-G8 3, Vectored Thrusters 2
25 Biggs 25
14 Captain Rex 14
26 Gold Squadron Pilot 18, TLT 6, Title 0, R3-A2 2
TOTAL: 100
The idea is that all of them fly in formation, Biggs and Wes in the back. In matchups where it's useful, Wes can TL the stresshog or Biggs to give rerolls in the first turn of combat, otherwise he can TL the biggest threat to Biggs to force rerolls with M9-G8. Either way, he removes a token from his target. As per standard Biggs tactics, Biggs tries to come in at range 3 for the extra defence die. Rex uses suppressive fire to reduce the firepower of the ship that is the biggest threat to Biggs (of course, against a lot of foes, this will only matter in the second turn, since Rex's PS is low). Stesshog double-stresses some unfortunate, probably the same ship that everyone else picked on. Then it's time for blocking or scattering, depending on how it went.
Which list is better? What would you change? I like VT on PS 10 Wes for endgame, but that loses me any upgrades on Biggs. Should I drop the stresshog for something else? It isn't integral to the gimmick, but it is more control.
Edited by Helias de NappoAdded line asking if I should drop the Y.
