Hi all,
To enhance the maps, I have been downloading related Star Wars images (e.g. Tie Fighters for maps with hangars, Millenium Falcon for the missions with Han Solo, Lambda shuttle, Jedi temple for the Jedi mission etc), printing them and creating vertical cardboard cut-outs. I think they really enhance the maps and give each mission a bit more environmental context.
I don't have images useful for each map however (e.g. can't seem to find images of the walls of Imperial bases, which can be useful to separate the outdoor areas from the indoor areas etc). Is anyone interested in a joint project to collect / make images for each map? I am happy to share the images I've already obtained from the Internet and scaled for printing on 4 x 6 paper.
I've also downloaded sounds from various free soundclip websites which can be useful for missions - e.g. the sound of sirens in Aftermath, the sound of Darth's Vader breathing. If anyone is interested, also happy to work jointly to resource and share a folder (via Dropbox?) with the soundclips to be used in various missions.
Cheers
Cardboard Scenery and Soundclips for Missions
Nice, I'd love to see the scenery!
Also, Star Wars has a neat little app on iOS that I recently got. It has a decent soundboard that you can create folders on. You better bet that I have an Imperial Assault favorites folder.
