If I use throne room to resolve kylos lightsaber special and it hits shields and i get to reroll it and it lands on a special side can i then do the special again? I know this has probably been asked already but i couldnt find it so ill apologize in advanced.

No. You can't resolve a dice more than once in a single action. So even without Throne Room, if you hit shields with the special you can't resolve it straight away.
