In my many games with my well entrusted scum fleet I felt the need that FFG needs to come out with separate ships for the Z-95 Headhunter and the Y-Wing because they only have two unique pilots and then four other pilots so I think that FFG needs to create there own separate ships that come with more unique pilots and some other pilots so that these ships and be used at a greater variety of pilot levels and abilities to make a better scum playing field. For the Y-Wing pilot level 9 about 28-30 cost and there ability would read "If equipped with the WTL-A4 title you may attack ships outside your firing arc" this gives the ship the ability to attack twice once with there primary weapon and then with there turret if they are able to giving this ship a new edge to it. Pilot skill 9 cost 28-30 ability reads "During the combat phase If a friendly ship at range 1-2 is also at range 1-2 of the enemy ship you are attacking you may roll one additional attack die" This gives this ship more attack power but also needing to stay close to a friendly ship. Feel free to comment and give new ideas for these pilots.

I wouldn't be opposed to more pilots, but both that you proposed seem over-powered, at least to me, which doesn't mean much.
Bullet point response:
- Nobody would be opposed to more Z95 or Y-wing pilots (for either faction).
- That first pilot is somehow both overcosted and too powerful. Arguably that makes them balanced, but we all know that's not how this game works. Besides, attacking outside your primary with a primary doesn't make sense.
- The second pilot is either MASSIVELY overcosted for a Z95, or fairly overcosted and dodgy for a Y-wing. Either way, I wouldn't hold my breath.
- I would heartily approve of an "Old veterans" style pack with more Z95, Y-wing, and maybe even HWK pilots. Easily made cross faction; two unique pilots each, maybe a non-unique title for the Zs to give them a kick in the pants, and a handful of upgrades that aren't turrets (shock-horror, a way to get the Y-wing into the ordnance role, and the Z into the non-cannon-fodder role!).
- I really like pie. Much more than cake.
More Y-Wing pilots? Better Z-95 pilots? Get in line, scum!
I've made several posts about them releasing a Dual Faction Ship pack one way or the other on this forum For the Z95 and the Y-wing. I keeping hoping FFG will notice and do it already.

I really hope as they start to run out of ships to release they will just revisit some of the older ships instead. Most would rather see a new X-wing, Y-wing, TIE fighter, TIE interceptor and Z-95 expansions than increasingly obscure new ships.

Exactly how many Rebel Y-Wing and Z-95 pilots do you think there are?
Of course, I would be open for more pilots for both factions.
Wouldnt it be better to focus on ships that needs to be upgraded? There are many of them in all 3 factions. For Scums i believe you have Firespray, Misthunter, Kihraxz and Starviper...
Personally i would love to have an "underdogs" xpac for all 3 factions". Either with alternate colors of existing models or no ship at all, just upgrades. With fixes for 3 ships per xpac, that would bring value for many existing products. It would make FFG sell the new xpac but also the ones for the ship they fixed.

Yes please.
I want to see more dogfights between iconic fighters, rather than 3 toilet seats vs 3 ships fans of the EU don't even know.
...
At this moment Starviper bursts onto the stage.
Starviper: "You must have literally forgotten I even exist!"
All others shrug.
End.

I think we're set for life on Fighter and Interceptor pilots. Granted, few of the Interceptor pilots are competitive, but holy crap do we have a lot of them already. Same could be argued of the X-wing, too. Their issues are ship capability, rather than pilot.

If you want to focus on ships that need a buff, how better than a multi faction box with upgrades that work across several ships? A few new pilots for the Y, Z, and HWK for Rebels and Scum, and a few upgrades that boost them as well as others.

Yeah but the Y and the Z dont really need a fix compared to other much weaker ships. HWK im not sure. Though i dont really like the build, Palob seems to have found a place in Parattanni.
I would like a non-unique title or missile for the Headhunter that gave it Ion Cannon access. It's a canon upgrade so it'd be neat to see.

Not a fix, but a couple of new pilots would be nice. Maybe some missiles to give the Zs some actual punch beyond being blockers, and it'd be nice if the Ys had a title that'd make torps actually worth taking on them. A couple of new HWK pilots wouldn't hurt the Rebels either, and there's no harm in adding some to Scum either. After all, Rebel HWKs are virtually never used, and Scum pretty much just goes Palob and done. Diversity is fun, after all.
Between those three, there's plenty of scope for upgrades that would benefit lots of ships in both factions. Spread the love, so to speak.
I want a PS0.5 Z-95 pilot ![]()
It might be interesting to see any of the cross-over ships in a new release with new pilots. Maybe the Firespray will never go back to Imperial but the Z and Y certainly could remain Rebel/Scum. I think it would be very nice if they released the same number of pilots for each faction; they could make the pilot cards double sided with one being Rebel and the other Scum and they could match base tiles the same way. I'd just hope they'd save the cardboard and recognize that they only need to include one dial with the ship model even if it could be flown in multiple factions.
How about a new GR-75 transport that comes with 2 scum tiles, 1 rebel tile. So you could field two for scum or Reb assuming you already own the rebel one.
Then all the tiles rebs and scum need to fix their ships
some new upgrades and crew
No second ship included
retail $ 39.99
I would love to see a Hwk only mod that drops the turret slot in exchange for a big discount and maybe another crew.
Lightly Armed Transport -5 points. Hwk only. Your upgrade bar loses the (turret) and gains an additional (crew). This upgrade may only be equipped to unique pilots.

An odd number of base tiles really doesn't work or more accurately would be a complete waste of the back of one of them so why do three?

If you did that you'd probably want to use it on a named pilot anyway as the HWK uniques are already some of the most support oriented ships in the game.

Are the huge ship tiles double-sided? They don't have pilot options after all.

That is true but if you had three tiles with 2 scum and 1 rebel then at least one of those should be double sided at which point you might as well have two. In any case you'd still need the ship cards for them which would mean having two "Scum Transport" cards if you wanted to use one with the "old" ship and still have one for the new one.
Although it could be moving a slightly different direction FFG could release epic ships with differing PS levels for the same ship.

You'd have two
one That was scum with starfield on the back (like the current gr-75 tile.
one that was reb on one side and scum on the other.

In the title for the Y-wing that came with the Most wanted expansion says "You cannot attack ships outside your firing arc. After you perform a primary weapon attack, you may immediately perform an attack with a (cannon) secondary weapon." so with his pilot ability it would enable him to still attack outside his fireing arc and then after an attack be able to attack with a cannon. That is what that pilot ability was meant to be. sorry for any confusion
