I resolve the force speed special and i roll out two additional characters for my two actions. Each character has specials come up. Do the specials chain from the original force speed special?

No. You complete an all of your actions before you can take another action. In this case, you'd resolve specials as Action 1 -> Action 2 -> Action 3. You could resolve Force Speed then and another special in Action 1, but once you finish resolving specials that is it for that action.
