Rey Miranda

Looking for some input on a list idea. I usually run VI Rey but I went with expert handleing instead. I know it doesn't jive with kanan but I wanted to keep ps 8 so I could choose when she moves in relation to Miranda and bombs. What's everyone's opinion of Miranda without tlt? Any input is appreciated.

I would suggest Expertise instead of expert handling, you can steal the points by downgrading countermeasures to inertial dampeners because people might try to block the sloop and you can catch them off guard and range 1 with it.

Also so side note, Sabine-Conner net is scary effective with ion bombs and can get a lot t of ships to fly off the board. Just a thought

If you want to use action bombs and miranda without tlt or missiles

... then you would be better off without her in my opinion. A warden with a ton of bombs gives you more valur than the maybe 1 or 2 regeneration you get from miranda.

She has trouble bombing lower ps targets and the nice guaranteed part of the bombs falls apart if you can't dictate where the bombs hit.

You could even get engine upgrade on an expertise rey alongside a warden with advanced slam and cluster + conner net.

I like y'alls thoughts. I am trying to think outside the box a bit with Rey. Maybe I should just get back in the box haha. I like expertise Rey and run her a good bit. I'm used to running Miranda with missiles but I'm trying to branch to bombs as well.

I know you like countermeasures but i think you should reconsider it. At PS10 engine upgrade is easier but see my earlier comment for my thoughts

Just try it out! It looks solid enough, and with a bomber you could easily get the crane to do its work. Just be sure to use counter measures when you have people in your arc

Miranda without TLT is not worth the extra six points. So I would make it like this:

I finally have had the chance to play the list in a couple of games now. I went with the list posted below and had some great success. Thanks for the help. I'll probably tweek bomb load outs for the next couple of matches. Scavenger crane counter measures is nice but I do think I like counter measure and ID a little more.
