So I am a through and through Rebels player. I have never fielded a list that was Scum or Empire. That being said, this list might make me try it:
All the Cannons: (99 points)
Delta Squad Pilot: TIE/D, Twin Ion Engine Mk. II, Flechette Cannon (33 total)
Delta Squad Pilot: TIE/D, Twin Ion Engine Mk. II, Ion Cannon Cannon (34 total)
Delta Squad Pilot: TIE/D, Twin Ion Engine Mk. II, Tractor Beam (32 total)
I realizes flying 3 defenders at PS 1 is a tough sell, but the control this list brings to the table is outrageous. You have 6 health hidden behind 3 green dice on each ship, plus a double attack on two of the ships and a single attack plus a tractor beam on the final ship.
The turn would always be the same. Focus fire the most important or most out of position Ace. Start with the tractor beam shot to drop the agility of the ship by one, then take primary shot. Hit with the other two ships, each with their cannons first, against a ship with one less green die. The ship ends taking shots from 9 dices (hopefully has 1 less agility for all the shots) and gets an ion token and a stress, plus moving the ship with the tractor beam. All the cannons can be range 1-3 as well.
